Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per your query, you have sinusitis that causes back pain and difficulty in breathing due to impaired immunity of body and leftover respiratory tract infection. Sinusitis can cause breathing problem due to congestion and back pain if its is due to viral infection.
I would suggest you to visit an ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment accordingly. You should get CT scan of sinuses and chest done again with contrast to get an exact diagnosis of the lung disease.
You should avoid taking outside food. Gargle with warm saline water. Continue antibiotic course and avoid taking oily and spicy food and cold beverages.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
