Can Cintapro Be Restarted For Bloated Abdomen/ Paralytic Ileus For Was Taken Earlier?

Patient is an elderly gentleman of 73 years. Was on cintapro regimen for bloated abdomen/paralytic ileus. Was subsequently weaned off the drug during the course of hospitalization.

post hospitalization, in case the patient again starts complaining of similar symptoms, can cintapro be restarted?..

pls advise.

Hi...yes he can be safely started again on cintapro...but keep a watch on bowel movements..
