Can Circulation Problems Cause Tingling Calf Bones?

Hi.Sometime my calf bones feel as if being tickled with a feather. Very annoying. Walking eliminates the tickling just to start again when I sit down. They don't tickle when sleeping,only sitting. I don't sit with crossed legs either. I've always been very good at sitting with good posture. My legs don't dangle. My clothes are loose fitting. Any ideas? Circulation probably. I'm 55 and have had a healthy life.
