Can Clavam 625 Be Taken For Nasal Congestion?

Good Morning Sir, I am suffering from nasal congestion both day & night from 7 days. I have used Telekast from 5 days. But i could not get relief. Again I visited the Medicine Store & he offered CLAVAM 625. Can I get relief. Sir kindly offer your suggestion please.

I have read your query.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you Steam Inhalation thrice daily , Macrolide Antibiotic , Antihistaminic levocetirizine .
