Hello and welcome to health care magic,

You seem to be suffering from an acute episode of sinusitis, you need to continue the antibiotics as advised and also do steam inhalation. You can add a painkiller like paracetamol if the pain is very severe. In any case if your symptoms keep recurring only then you need to worry about the operation and that too if the sinuses are severely inflamed.

When you feel better you can get a CT PNS and get back to me or any ENT with the report to decide on the surgery

regards
