Can Clindamycin Cause Any Problem For The Eye To Heal After Lasik Surgery?

I m Lyka, 30 yrs. old (5 2 , 90 lbs). I had my lasik last Dec. 5, 2011 for both eyes. One week after the surgery, I asked my doctor if I can continue using clindamycin solution for my pimples and take diane 35 because I stopped taking it 2 months before the surgery. He told me it s ok so I did. Could it affect the healing process of my eyes? I have now a good vision as compared before prior to lasik. But its not in the peak of clarity yet. In terms of reading, I m having hard time reading in front of computer. I couldn t read regular size of letters from 3 feet away. I m worried whether the use of clindamycin and diane 35 affects the improvement of my vision? Should I stop it?
