Can Clotrimazole Cream Be Safe To Use For Vaginal Soreness During Pregnancy?

I just done pregnancy test 2 days ago and came out positive. Yesterday, I felt burning and soreness in my vagina by the opening. I assumed it was thrush but no discharge. I bought today some Clotrimazole cream and wondering if it is safe to use it.
