Can Cocaine Be The Cause For The Nose Damage And Chest Pain?

I ve been taking cocaine for nearly 8 years now I ve got nose damage and now I am getting a permanent chest pain like a stabbing? Is it serious having that pain? I blow out mucus the size of a large rizla thick and hard.causes pain because I blow so hard. Has that caused the chest pain?

certainly can cause that which would be very serious signs. On the other hand a sinus infection might be connected with respiratory irritation and pain. The respiratory pain goes with breathing and the heart pain would go with exertion. but you need a direct examination and likely an EKG to really sort thigns out.
