Can Cocaine Cause Aching All Over The Body?

I have been a light user of cocaine for a few years now. Recently I got frozen shoulder and both my arms have impingement. Now, I am aching all over, legs, arms, feet etc. I feel very weak too, almost finding it hard to stand up from sitting. Is this from the cocaine? I have had blood tests several times - it has been going on for months now.
