Can Cold Air Cause Headaches And Extreme Pain And Stiffness?
I live in Honolulu (NOT Cold) although for 8+ continuous hours I have vents blowing cold air directly on my neck, shoulders - from approx. 12 due to the very high ceilings. I ve made my work station ergonomically correct and take care of wrists, fingers, shoulders and even core. I am in otherwise very fine shape but my headaches ans extreme pain & stiffness seem to be causing anxiety throughout my day. Is it possible this could be caused by the cold air, or am I just crazy?
