Can Cold Environment Trigger An Asthma Attack?

Hi i had an asthma attack the other day, I was in a very cold tin building looking at old vintage clothing, I felt cold in my throat and upper chest and felt like I couldn't breathe, I used my rescue inhaler and went and sat in my warm car. Can the cold bring on asthma attacks?

yes extreme hot and extreme cold exaggerate the asthmatic symptoms so it is very common which happened to you
