Can Coming Off Ramipril And Lipitor Cause Any Problem?

Hello,I am a 49 year old male who experianced a moderate heart attack 4 months ago that intailed a metal stent in my left ventrical mLAD1 with some moderate damage to the lower left side of my heart. Since this procedure I have been put on number of meds including Plavix, metrop, asa, warfrin, pantapazolia, lipitor, and ramipril,.Since this event occurred over 4 months ago I have been very diligent with diet and cardio exercise,my BP averages between 115/65 and 95/50 I never had overly high BP or chlorestrol before this event and my 90% blockage was undetected when checked out prior to this heart attack by means of Holter monitor,ECG.and stress test. I have just weaned myself off the lipitor completely and have cut my metrop from 150mg to 25 mg per day and am now contemplating weaning off the ramipril.Would this be OK considering my life style changes and the fact that I am not over weight and in good physical shape. Any insight would be great. Thanks for your time in reading.Kind regards Jim
