Can Coming Off From Venlafaxine Cause Dizziness And Nausea?

Hi i have been on Venlafaxine for about 2yrs i take 75MG once a night. I do not have insurance right know and ran out of my RX on Thursday I have been experincing dizziness, naseous, could not sleep at all last night are these symptoms of quiting and if so how long does it usually last. Thank you
