Can Conception Happen Here?

Me and my friend were messing around and I guess he had pre-cum and he rubbed it on my vagina a few times but didn t go in then when he put the condom on and we had sex but his penis didn t go all the way in but he did brake through the wall of my vagina. will I get pregnant from all this?

Understand your concern
Yes there may be chance of pregnancy as condom is brake in the vagina wall and sperm with seminal fluid get enter in to genital track.
But for safer side if you 72 hour has not been crossed from sexual intercourse, you can take unwanted 72 tablet.
You have to wait for next period and if period is delayed by 10-12 days, confirm the pregnancy by Blood HCG/USG/Pregnancy kit method.
