Can Concussion Cause Dizziness?

I got very dizzy blacked and fell in the bathroom 6 days ago. I hit my head and had. Small bump hurt my butt and elbow all right side. Left rib and knee. Pain getting better but very dizzy and kiced off my migraines. I m out of town. Been in bed for 6 days. Could I have a concussion?

I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
Yes, Post traumatic Stress injury and Concussion syndrome can cause dizziness.
This usually resolves by itself.
In severe cases, i prefer to give Tab Escitalopram 5 mg twice a day.
