Can Constipation Cause Uncomfortable Feeling In Vagina?

I am chronically constipated, but I know I can control it with supre frequent exercise and good eating habits. My problem today is that I am so constipated my vagina is uncomfortable, which I haven't had that symptom before. Is this just from the pressure?

hai,

increase in intra abdominal pressure will lead to some discomfort in and around pelvis muscle and organs.

while you constipate you need to increase the pressure in the abdomen by comprising the diaphragm to evacuate your stools , at that time constant abnormal pressure in pelvic region will cause discomfort in the vagina.

thank you
hope answered your query.
