Can Consuming NIDO Milk On An Empty Stomach Everyday Cause Stomach Pain?

Dear Doctor,i would like to ask about NIDO milk. MY child is taking NIDO as daily basise in empty stomach every mornning for more than three years. my child is 10 years of age. now a days he said he has stomach pain. is there any side effect related to the milk.
