Can Continuous Blood Tests On Breast Cancer Survivors Check Its Recurrence?

Why are Breast Cancer Patients given very frequent blood tests for 10 years then just cast aside. I have two Aunts who survived Breast Cancer then about 20 years later both died of undetected cancers till too late. Would continuing the blood work have given them a better chance

Hello dear. For follow up of a breast cancer patient after complete treatment, no blood tests or imaging tests are required. It is only clinical examination. Test are only required when patient develops symptoms.
