Can Continuous Talking And Low BP Cause Any Problem With LVH In ECG?

LVH SHOWN IN MY ECG, BP AT FULL REST CONDITION IN LATE AFTERNOON WAS 114/90, FEELING COOL BUT HAVE SOME UNEASY FEELING. IN DAY & NIGHT HRS SPEAK TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE FOR PROFESSIONAL PURPOSE ABOVE NORMAL VOICE FOR ABOUT 8/ 16 HOURS. WHAT IS THE RISK ?

LVH in ECG indicates Hypertension.Monitor your BP regularly for one,if its more than 130/90 you should start usog Antihypertensives.Hypertension your case is definetely related to your proffessional stress.So avoid stress,speak peacefully in your normal voice.Take low salt,hogh protein,low fat diet.Exercise daily for 20-30 min.Drugs like propranolol will be helpful in your case.Also Get 2D Echo,complete blood picture,lipid profile as a part of routine screening of your heart.Cosult your cardiologist for expert management.
