Can Contraceptives Causes Loss Of Sexual Libido And Skin Pigmentation?

Good morning doctor. i am 42 and gave birth to my second baby last year. Since delivery i took 2 courses of novelon and continued with mercilon. I have stopped breastfeeding after the thrid month after delivery. Now i noticed that my sexual libido has decreased and pigmentation has increased on my cheeks. So could the contraceptive be the cause of these or my age or what? What should i do?
