Hi,

As per your symptoms cholecystectomy is treatment of choice in your case. Cholecystectomy is the surgical removal of the gallbladder. It is a common treatment of symptomatic gallstones and other gallbladder conditions. However laproscopic cholecystectomy option is also available.

Inflammation of gall bladder is a indication for cholecystectomy, as you have multiple echogenicities, so you are at risk of pancreatitis also, which is a life threatening condition. Hence, its better to remove gall bladder before any complication does occur.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ramesh Kumar
