Can Cosmetic Surgery Make The Head Surgery Incision Line Disappear?

Hi doctor, I have had a surgery on my back head, there is a mark "line" where they stitched it, hair does not grow at this area, is there any cosmetic surgery that can make this disappear? mu hair is very light and short which make these marks very visible. thanks
