Can Coughing After A Gall Bladder Removal Surgery Lead To Vagina Bleeding?

I had my gallbladder removed on wed and i had my period during that time since then my period has been gone for two days but today i coughed and felt some sharp pains and almost like a pop inside and now i am gushing bright red blood from my vaginal area and a lot of pain i am worried it maybe internal bleeding

IF I was your surgeon, I'd tell you to immediately go to the hospital/ED given that you're having "gushing red blood" per vagina. Likely to need pelvic exam, ultrasound and/or CT scan. Likely unrelated to the gall bladder surgery though. A standard operation doesn't affect pelvis.
Are you on any blood thinners? that may be contributory.
