Can Cramping With Sudden Heavy Bleeding Of Clots Be Miscarriage?

I'm a 29 yr old female who took a early pregnancy test came back positive (very faint) also had a horrid cough(bronchitis) the same week started cramping then all of a sudden heavy bleeding and passing clots w/ tissue. 34 days later horrid cramping again passing smaller clots w/ grayish white tissue. I have no insurance so never went to Dr. because I figured it was another miscarriage(3)
should I go to a clinic or E.R. because I also have had cramping w/ no bleeding and clear discharge for a week now.

Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion cramping with heavy bleeding after a positive pregnancy test mostly suggests miscarriage. But it is always advisable to consult doctor as you might need an ultrasound to rule out the pregnancy status and also blood test to rule out anaemia.Take iron rich diet and iron supplements to compensate for blood loss.
