Hello,
Your current symptoms may be due to some hormone insufficiency and are likely to get corrected with the supplements you have been prescribed. Only, you need to have a regular follow up to ensure proper progress of pregnancy. Your history of surgery does not impede your chances of having a normal pregnancy and a normal delivery. It is sufficient to have only one tube to conceive naturally. Since any ectopic pregnancy has been ruled out, there is no need to worry. Please take absolute rest, avoid all activity including intercourse until the spotting subsides. Hope this helps.
