Can Cramps Without Period Be An Indication Of Pregnancy?

Hi I had sex on April 16 and 17 with no condom, and I took the plan b till the 19 my period was suppose to come on the 23 I took a pregnancy test on the 23 because I was anxious but came out negative , it is the 25 now and still no period is there a way I might be pregnant I have cramps but no period, I had cramps with my first son when I found out I was pregnant, can it be too early that I took the pregnancy test??

I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

As a physician, according to the history you are telling, I want to assure you that you are not pregnant and you need not to worry about pregnancy, assuming your periods were regular 28days.

You just need to calm down and wait till 28 or 30 and do another Urine Pregnancy test to be 100% sure. Also if the periods don't come till then and UPT comes out to be negative, I would like you to visit your Gynecologist as soon as possible.
