Can crystal meth cause pain in surprasternal notch? My first (AND LAST) time doing meth was yesterday. I had 18 tokes and railed a small line. I've never had pain in my surprasternal notch in my life. I also did not accidentally harm myself when i was high. I was more careful when i was high than i am sober.
