Can Cycling Of 15 Kms Daily Lead To Low Sugar Levels As The Caloire Intake Is Lesser?
Hi, I just moved back to the Netherlands and I started cycling every day minimum of 15 km to school and I have been experiencing low blood sugar levels. AT the same time I am also trying to loose weight so I am eating around 6000 cals plus cycling calories so it is 7300 calories. Do you think I should see a doctor or shall I just raise my food consumption? I also suspect that I am eating too many carbs, might that be a problem? Even if I have a snack such as a musli bar, I still experience hypoglycemia on my way back.
