Can Cyclobenzaprine Be Taken For Stiffness In The Upper Back And Neck?

i have stiffness in the upper back and neck for past 3 days. may be due in part to sleeping under a fan . I have a bottle of cyclobenzaprine prescribed for me last year for lower back pain. Should I try taking this medication for my current problem. Thank you.
