Can Cylindrical Power In Eye Be Treated Naturally?

Hello Doctor, I have cylindrical power from last 15 years, and it has been increasing further, specially for left eye. The power currently is RE : Sphere -1.5, Cylinder -2.5, axis 5deg LE : Sphere -1.0, Cylinder -4.5, axis 160deg I am thinking of getting contact lens for myself. I am unable to find readily available contact lens for 3.75 cylinder (reduced 0.25 for contact lens correction). I am being suggested to go for 3.25 cylindrical lens for left eye as that is available. Should I go with 3.25 cylindrical power, as contact lens usage would just be occasional for me? Also, is it possible to reduce cylindrical power naturally? Thanks & Regards Nairiti Sharma

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi,
welcome to health care magic,
no visual problems have the natural solutions, you can get the customized lens for your eyes, if you want a permanent solution then getting lasik done will be the better option, again it all depends on your age factor.
take care.
