Can Cyst Cause Numbness And Swelling?

i'm 31 years old have a history of pcos & endometriosis. Many surgerys and the last a total hysterectomy (still have 1 ovary). Just went back to the doctors and have a fluid filled cysts 6cm and a new cyst which is blood filled and causing me lots of abdominal and back pain, I am waiting for my surgery date to remove the cyst and any scar tissue. My question is starting yesterday my right forearm keeps going numb and my fingers swell off and on could this be caused by the cysts.
