Can Cyst On Ovary Effect Pregnancy Test?

Hello!
Recently I was told I have cysts on my right ovary. The pain subsided but has now come back. On top of that my urine have been cloudy for the past few weeks. I told 3 pregnancy tests, 2 positive 1 negative. Went to the doctors and all came back positive yet they couldn't find anything on the ultrasound and questioned the pregnancy. My question is could my cyst or cloudy urine cause a false positive and I could not even be pregnant? I know I heard its rare for that to happen but I do know two people who have been in this sort of situation and gotten false positives.
Thank you for your time.
