Can Cysts In Ovary Cause Elevated Temperatures?

28, aferican american female, 5'5. 116 . I have pcos and was wondering as follows. I have seen my regular ob for infertility problems he gave me clomid 50, no o. then 100 (currently on) . I made an apt to see a specialiist as to see what my options are and they did an u/s and showed I had cysts. i didnt have them before 3 on each ovary. one is 22mm and she thinkg it may be filled with something as its kind of hazy looking on u/s .will these go away on there own or will i need surgery. also i wanted to know if cysts can cause you to have an elevated temp
