Can Dark Marks On Skin Be A Sign Of Diabetes ?

Hello i m about 6 2, 270 and i ve recently noticed dark marks on both my achilles tendon and my calf on my right leg is sore as well as my right pec and muscle on right are. Is this sign of diabetes?

Do you have any family history of diabetes,better to unergo GTT WHICH IS VERY CONFIRMATIVE ,but you complaints are not cnfined to diabetic.
