Can Degenerative Disc Bulging Be Treated Non Surgically?

I am Ravikanth,male,35 yrs old. I am suffering with degenerative disc bulge in Ls5 & Ls4. Main disc bulge is at Ls5.I have consulted NIMS doctor who inturn recommended for surgery. For 2nd opinion i visited Met doctor in neurospeciality hospital he also recommended me for surgery. But i dont want to go for surgery. Is there any way that this can be treated with out surgery please let me know for feed back
