Can Degenerative Disc Disease Causing Back, Groin And Feet Pain Be Treated?

In chronic pain daily. I have degenerative disc disease. Upper and lower back pain radiating down into the right groin area. Both feet are now painful. Pain management has administered injections (no long term results). One back surgery (no long term results). I am taking Hydrocodon-Acetaminophen 5-325- prescribed for 4 times a day. I am at a complete loss as to where I can find a solution to this pain. Regards, MH
