Can Dehydration Affect The Vagina?

I was wondering if being Dehydrated can affect my vagina. i find i have problems with sex because there is little or no lubrication in my vagina, and when there is discharge it's quite thick like a paste. i only drink one glass of water a day, some times not even that. so is my problem because of dehydration?
