General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yes the joint pain, nape pain can be due to viral fever and usually will subside with good hydration and mild NSAID's like Ibuprofen.

For acidity you need to regularize your food habit along with acid suppressants like ranitidine will help you.

White coat tongue needs to be evaluated further.
Was the HIV test positive or negative. You can get them cultured to check whether the coat is due to fungal or not. Take multivitamins and do regular betadine gargle to relieve this.

Hope this helps you.
You can contact me if any further queries.
