Can Delay In Period Be Pregnancy?

Hi Dokter, i used Zoely for about 3 months. I have taken all the white pil and 3 of the 'P' pil which usually on the second 'P' pil i will have my period. But tonight i gonna take the last zoely pill and i still have no period. I 've been sick cough and flu for 3 days. And i took panadol.
Am I pregnand?

delayed period need not always be due to pregnancy.
if you had missed a pill then possibly pregnancy can occur. Try urine pregnancy test to check. If negative wait for period till you start New pack.
