Can Delay In Periods And Clear Runny Vaginal Discharge Indicate Delay In Periods?

Dear Sir/Madam,Thank you for your time in advance.Female, nearly 30, pcos for many years, last period 4th of January, irregular cycle, no period yet, ultrasound yesterday found endometrial thickness of 1.35cm, married/unprotected sex, clear runny discharge often the last days.How likely is for me to have an early pregnancy?Thank you again.Alex

Hi..you are a known case of pcos with irregular cycles..pcos generally disturbs the normal hormonal milieu and poses diffuculties in ovulation and getting pregnant..but the chances are still not nil..so in case you have missed your menses that is you are more than a month late, so its better that you perform a urine pregnancy test by self at home..and then take any further medications.
If pregnancy test is negative, emphasize on weight loss and take tab ovalife plus three times a day to improve the regularity of your cycles and chances of conception alongwith a gynec evaluation to rule out pelvic infection as the cause of your vaginal discharge..
