Can Delay In Periods And Cramps Be Pregnancy?

I m late for my period. My pregnancy tests are negative so far. But I m cramping badly but different than normally. More on the right side near my ovary. I m no stranger to pregnancy. I have given birth 7 times. I m 35 years old and still breastfeeding my 1.5 year old army bedtime and nap times. HELP

As your pregnancy tests are negative you should not be pregnant. The cramps you are facing may be related to some muscle spasms, some illness or due to work load. you can take a painkillar like diclofenac & muscle relaxant like chlorxoxazone.
