HI,
I understand your concern.
Some times lac of menstruation can occur because of many other causes apart from pregnancy.
YOU have done pregnancy test which stood -ve, you also have pregnancy symptoms & are confused about the state. The intestinal movements/ gaseous movements can be confused with baby movements.
Certain tests to find the cause of menstrual delay need to be performed -they are-
- USG pelvis( for ovarian problems, fibroid uterus, PCOD )
- Hormonal assessment for hormonal imbalance - which causes symptoms resembling pregnancy.Thyroid function tests)
After the investigations, & consultation of a gynecologist exact diagnosis & treatment will be possible specifically.
Thanks.
