Hi, my boyfriend and I had sex 3x 7 days before I'm supposed to have my period (I'm due to have my period on Dec. 17). We didn't use any condom but he didn't ejaculate inside me. I experienced the pre-menstruation signs but they altogether disappeared now except for the lower back pains (which I felt the some hours after we had sex the first time and stayed til the present). I'm worried that I might be pregnant although my period is irregular and usually delayed for a number of days or weeks even. Is there a chance that I might be pregnant? :| Thanks!
Hi, Thanks for the query. As you are having irregular periods, there is possibility delayed ovulation. In that case, if you ovulated around the period of intercourse there is possibility of pregnancy. So, better to go for pregnancy test once. If the test gives negative result, possibly you will get periods soon. If you do not get periods even after one week, consult gynecologist once and get examined. Then with her advice you can take tablets to induce withdrawal bleeding. Better to use contraceptive measures to avoid problems in future. Take care.
