Hallow Dear,

Delay in period in a girl of childbearing age with history of sexual exposure should be considered due to pregnancy unless and until proved otherwise.

Moreover, you are having engorged and tender breasts which is supporting the diagnosis of pregnancy.

He did not ejaculate inside your vagina does not rule out the possibility of pregnancy. Pre-ejaculatory secretions (precum) gets discharged unknowingly and it does contain some sperms which can fertilize the ovum.

Please get your overnight first urine sample a week after the missed period examined for pregnancy test to confirm the diagnosis. Alternatively you may opt for Beta hCG test.

I hope this helps you.
