Can Delayed Period After Undergoing C-section Result In Severe Pain?

i didnt have a period for three years after i had a sea section , just a few months ago i got them again but im still not regular, when i do have them they are very painful and i bleed heavily. my breast are sore because i have systs, and the doctors say my thyroid and hormones are normal, so what could be my problem
