Can Delayed Periods, Dizziness And Fatigue Indicate Pregnancy?

Hello, I m having a problem. My last period was from the 25 of February until the 1 of March. I do have irregular periods. I had sex the day before my period started but with a condom. I have not had my period since and have had sex twice since then once with a cond the other time without. My last time having intercourse was April 29. Still no period I have taken in total 13 HPT all came back negative. I starting to have dizziness, and feeling very fatigue. Could I be pregnant but the test not picking up the hcG hormone?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The mentioned intercourse period was not during the fertile period of menstruation and hence the chances of pregnancy are very remote. If the multiple Home pregnancy tests are negative, a detailed ultrasound examination is mandatory to get definite conclusion in your case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
