Can Delayed Periods, Spotting And Cramps With HPT Negative Mean Pregnancy?

Hi , I have a regular 30 days cycle , this month when I took the ovulation test on the 18th it said I was not fertile. However I have unprotected sex on the 18. on the 26 I have some spotting just a couple drops and then stopped. I haven t got my period , it a week today. I took a pregnancy test it shows negative. my lower abdomen feels a lil heavy and slight cramps. could I still be pregnant?
