Can Depo Injection Cause Cold Night Sweats, Weakness?

Hi, for ages now ive been getting cold night sweats and feeling so sick and weak! i have had loads of tests done as its been going on a couple years and the docs cant find anything. Im wondering if it could be something to do with the depo injection as i have been on that 2 and a half years? please help.......
