hlo dear respected sir i m 31 yr old man with hallucinations depression problems ,i had suffured hallucination depression one year ,n it has been three yrs that i have been taking psychetrists medication continiuosly n i don t have any symtoms of hallucination depressions right now just after i took the psychetrist s medicins. sir plz tell me ,is hallucination depression 100% curable ?is hallucination depression like chronic disies like diebities n blood pressure,or if it is 100% curable,how long will i have to take the medicins?plz tell me all these questions answers , n plz suggest me the best methods that can help cure this depression sooner.
Hallucinations particularly auditory and visual are most probably present. This should not be over looked. If the complaints developed suddenly then you should consult a doctor immediately to rule out any organic basis for visual hallucinations.
There is possibility of muttering or self-talking also. Patients appear to talking to self in muttering. Consult a psychiatrist for treatment and evaluation.
Medicines like antipsychotics can prove effective in her situation. Medicines like Olanzapine, Risperidone, Quetiapine etc are commonly used anti-psychotics.
