Can Depression And Mental Disorder While Suffering From Hydrocephalus Be Treated?

Hi I am Kabir. My youngest sister 27 unmarried. Diagnosed with Hydrocephalus when she was 1 year old. Now it s Arrested NPH state. But this affected her life massively. Mental illness, Violent Abusive behavior, Irritability, Mood swings, Maniac episodes, Uncomfortable anger, Moody, stubborn, demanding for unnecessary things to buy. Not taking care of herself, being unhygienic. Crying, depression etc. Her mind is still not matured, she behaves like a 6 year old child. Other associated problems includes, improper posture, unbalanced walk, slightly dragging right leg, weak right hand, Development delays, learning difficulties, secondary school dropout, We have consulted to neurologist and psychiatrist. She s on below medication since 25 months. Valance OD 500, Sandone LS(Risperidone) Sanpine 5 After taking these medications she s under control untill But if she skips medicines for one day, she becomes violent, and maniac. There are side affects of these medicines weight gain, headache, irritability. Swollen feet, and knee. Entire family 9 members is suffering bcz of her illness. My parents are concerned for her marriage.... Is there any permanent cure for her behavioral, mental problems ? Is there any chances she becomes normal, and think maturely?
